Marshall Mathers still has #ytprivilege

But he's using his white privilege to speak on matters that don't affect him....that's very selfless

^^^ Exactly. He's a White person telling other White people that Black people are right to protest; making Eminem an authority on racism and Black people. Bitches.

It's 7:53 again ... and even though he was in a Black venue, Eminem was talkin' to White folk because he knows most Black people don't give a damn about what he thinks.

@ 7:56 am lol. yeah umm nice he did that but he aint saying nothing black folks ain't been saying. plus, he can still say he loves this country because no one has knocked him upside the head with a baton. plus, lets not forgot eminem's past racist behavior. he just trying to get some shine.

Instead of jumping on the pop culture bandwagon, he could have done something like this about 15 years ago if it really meant something to him. The things that are being protested didn't just start when Kaepernick began protesting. Stop sympathizing with and co-signing these pseudo white liberals. They wouldn't want to trade places with any of our black asses for half of a second. Kugichagulia!

Ya are some of the most miserable and complaining posters.
The racial incident was an audio of when he was a teen & his Black g/f hurt him. He was talking smack.
Em is a master at lyrics. Hands down.
And other White people DO NEED to check other White people.
Maybe years ago he was not aware like he is now at the age of 44. People mature & change. Not to mention, he had a monster of a drug addiction for years. No one is thinking about anyone else, when they are strung out.

8:13 I can't tell if you're butt hurt or trolling. Eminem isn't perfect and BET isn't the perfect conduit to communicate the message, but anyone with a voice that can reach the masses should speak out against police excessive force.

But you knew that and just want to cause problems on the thread or change the narrative, right?

White Supremacists and their Negro minions love to change the narrative. 10 years ago? Police excessive force has been an issue since "Fugitive Slave Catcher" days. Whatever we think of Eminem or Kaepernick, we need to se the forest for the trees. Were you civil rights and civil liberties activist 10 years ago like I was 8:29? Even if you weren't we need all the voices possible speaking out about police excessive force. Stop getting caught up with minutiae and being contrary just for attention. We have bigger fish to fry. White folks get on code and it's time for Black folks to get on code and speak articulately about issues (economic and social) that are sweeping us into a permanent underclass.

@8:44 ... Yes, White people need to check White people, but they need to do it on WHITE turf (not at the BET awards). And he needs to do it when he is not using his privilege to make money appropriating Black culture.

Although he used BET as a platform, as of this morning his words are NATIONAL news, everyone including me who does not watch EBT has seen/access to his free-style

Awl Hail The King! The truth was very well spoken, never like Em but I respect any man standing up and speaking truth. His words go further than any black man stating the same words

I troll it like I see it said...

I need this clone to sit the fuck down. Now that it is popular to jump on the clown selected to oval office and the ensuing circus in the white house, congress and Senate. He wants to chime in. I didn't hear a peep with all the other fuckeries his clan of clear folks perpetrate on a regular basis. I am not going to let this token yt rapper be great. I was never impressed by him or the negro's pinching their nipples over his "lyrical skills". When a yt entertainer impresses me I will happily cosign that check. In this case he never did it for me, I always found him basic and meh.

All of ya are some young '90s babies who refuse to do any research just run your mouths. Em has been attacking politicians his whole career. Made a song about Bush and all his failures. Even got a call from secret service because he had verse where he threaten Bush's life. Stop thinking life started when you were born. Geez...

Ya'll make me SMH..Some people cant win for losing. When white people try to speak up ya'll mad. When they don't speak up, ya'll mad. Some made because he should have said it along time ago. Some mad because it not his place to say anything. Some mad because he is white and said it. Some mad made because he did it at the BET Awards...Some of y'all just mad just to be mad. If you want to be mad, be mad at the BLACK celebrities, rappers and athletes who you will proudly give your money to, but they won't say anything at all.

He did great. I forwarded through the awards for all the cyphers. Mysonne did great as well. His message resonated with me. People like Yachty, Uzi, and Xxxtentacon have millions of young white folks hanging on to their every word, but say nothing about Black lives. Opportunity wasted. If racism is truly taught, these clowns could be teaching their fan base the importance of being socially conscious. They opt not to. I salute all those who chose to do so✊🏿

@10:22 Yes! Clone is right! That isht was awkward to watch and painful to my ears. Hot garbage! Terrible lyrical content. Flow was awful.

"Though I'm not the first King of Controversy, I am the worst thing since Elvis Presley, to do black music so selfishly, and use it to get myself wealthy!" - Eminem
FUCK EMINEM

At 10:35 am, hand clap. Damned if you do damned if you don't. Can't win for losing. smh

trolling? this is eminem a washed up rapper. i'm not impressed because black folks been saying this. you'd think black people would beyond feelings of flattery when white folks say the same damn thing black folks say. eminem has made some depolorable music over the years, especially towards women/gays. yet whitey still had no qualms rewarding him. while kaep can't even get a job. and all he did is protest silently. fuck his feeling hurt that a teen girlfriend broke up with him. that gives him the right to call her a nigger? fuck him.

Cringey AF

So when it comes to black women, does eminem have priority for her blackness, or does he hate her cuz she's female? Hmmm. #misogynist

3:11 when white women are subject to the same levels of police excessive force as Black women, come back and see us. Stop trying to change the narrative. #sandrabland

Anonymous said...

Y'all criticizing him for various silly reasons but yet don't hold your favorite black celebrities to the same standard.

Maybe some of us just aren't willing to accept any random thing when it comes to various forms of protest or activism or what have you. #stillnojusticefortrayvon
