Times must really be tough if even the conscious rappers is slanging. Ok, to be fair, Lupe Fiasco wasn't actually charged with anything, but his business partner, Charles Patton, just pulled a 44 year bid on drug charges. During the trial Fed had taped phone calls of Lupe and dude discussing splitting whole "red ones" and "yellow ones." A witness for the prosecution, who was directly involved in Patton's drug operation, testified that the colors referred to the mixing and prepping of $10 heroin packets.
