The mother does not cook, she spends all of the child support money on weed, the club and liquor when she has no food in the fridge.

Maybe in your world thats the case, but fathers are just as important as mothers, to marginalize the fathers role in a childs life is to perform an injustice on the child and the dad. If your husband/childs father is not doing what you feel he needs to do, just let him know. Some men want to do more if given the option. "Fathers are just extra" is the predominant reason as to why more black men are not in the home now.
