While you are correct that Jay-Z owns a bar in NYC (40/40 Club) he also has an interest in a restaurant called the Spotted Pig which is located on Greenwich St. He has owned a share in that restaurant for some time now. He and Bey eat there often (BTW the brunch is swangin'). I'm sure if you troll the net you will find pics of them (and Rihanna, too)arriving and leaving the restaurant and will ikely find a story or two about his ownership.
