Baby Angel needs her dad more than Phoenix Chi needs hers. Mel B's ex-husband, Jimmy Gulzar, filed suit against Mel because he hasn't been able to see his daughter, Phoenix, since Mel started the Spice Girl's world tour and took Phoenix with her. Los Angeles court Judge Robert Schnider ruled that Mel was fully entitled to take Phoenix, so Jimmy won't be able to see her until the tour is over.

He's not a Spice Girl. Where is he supposed to get money to follow them around the damn world. It's sad because everyday women are crying about father's not wanting to be apart of their child's lives, and here we have a man that's wants to see and be a part of his child's life... Just a sad situation. This chick is all on T.V. and in the magazines crying about how Eddie doesn't want to see his child and then when her other child's father wants to see his daughter, she won't let him. Damn shame.
