For the 5th year in a row Oprah Winfrey topped Forbes "Celebrity 100" list of most powerful celebs...Oprah sits at the top of the list after pulling in $275 million over the past year, more than twice as much as second place finisher, golfer Tiger Woods, who earned $115 million. Jay Z made it into the top ten after raking in $82 million and rapper 50 Cent checked in at number 32 clocking 50 million last year. Sean Combs came in at number 43 with 23 million made.
