Concert promoters in Arizona lost big time last week after ponying up $750,000 for Jay Z to perform as headliner at the University of Arizona. Jay was recently quoted regarding the show, "On the show as well were Third Eye Blind and Kelly Clarkson. I thought that to be the oddest pairing ever but, soon realized, it's what I've always professed. There is no such thing as black music or white music only good or bad music."
Tell that to the promoters who lost $917,000.
