Beyonce Being Sued

Dang! Beyonce could barely announce she'd be releasing a new fragrance and already she's being sued. Abercrombie and Fitch have filed a preemptive lawsuit against Sasha Fierce just in case she tries to name her new scent Fierce, because A&F already have a perfume by that name that they've been selling since 2002. Oh, and we can call off the search for Beyonce's bodyguard Julius. In the video below you can see him over zealously blocking the camera and getting checked by Beyonce while she's trying to give an interview on the red carpet at the MTV Video Music Awards.
