The tattoo parlor that let Rihanna practice her inking skills got fined by the city of New York for "operating with an unlicensed tattoo artist on site." The fine could run anywhere from $200 to $2,000.
Whoever got the tatoo has more local cele/fame and even somewhat permanate autograph, so it a cheap price to pay, and if she pays it, it a drop in the bucket, the person got a great deal, I'd would have been proud to let Tupac or Malcolm or Assante Shakur or Chuck D or Denzil tat me down for life, what momento
^^^^Even if they sneezed and effed it up or just scribbled or misspelled a word? LOL
I mentioned this was illegal when this first came out. They knew what they were doing. So did she.

ReplyDeleteKissin' celebrity ass is not cheap.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure she'll pay it. On the other hand, look at all the free "advertising" they got? Whether negative or positive, they were news.
ReplyDelete^^ that's true. and even if they are fined they'd still have customers coming in hoping to see rhianna or something even if they love her or hate her.
ReplyDeleteWhy should she pay? They should have known that was against the law. Chris Brown tatted that same guy. Why isn't his name attached to this as well?
ReplyDeleteI hope the ho has to pay. Sick of her media whoring.
ReplyDeleteIt's a nice gesture if she offers to pay but she doesn't owe then anything. It's not like she walked in off the street and starting inking.
ReplyDeleteThey invited her. They are suppose to know all the laws
