Last week Joe Jackson attempted to file suit against the UCLA Medical Center to get access to Michael Jackson's medical records in order to lay the ground work for a wrongful death suit [click
here if you missed that]. Not so fast Joe. Michael's estate is trying to slap down Joe's suit saying he was not a dependant of Michael Jackson therefore he has no right to file any wrongful death suits. So it's back to the drawing board for Joe.
