Chris Brown Knows He's a Role Model. Doesn't Know What a Census is.

Chris Brown was hired to encourage participation in the the U.S. Census for the state of Virginia. Too bad he admitted on the local news that he didn't know what a census was.

In an interview with a local news station Chris Brown said as a role model "he knows kids look up to him" and that it was important for him to help raise awareness for the census. So how come when the interviewer asked if he'd filled out his own census form, Chris admitted he hadn't because he didn't know what the census was? He even admits he was just helping out to repair his tattered image. [<---somebody needs media training]
