Kim Kardashian's ex-husband record producer Damon Thomas is getting a lot of publicity this week and unfortunately none of it's good.
First Dame showed up on the cover of Star magazine in a featured story about how he used to beat Kim K's ass and forced her to get liposuction during their marriage.

Anyway, Nic says Damon is behind going on 4 months so she's trying to move forward with eviction, but Dame says he's not paying because he's trying to buy the house and there's a dispute. Um. Ok. Dame. A dispute. Well good luck with that!
