They Weren't Fighting. They Were Having Loud Sex.

The domestic violence case against Gary Dourdan's girlfriend has been dropped.
Yeah so, remember last month when Gary Dourdan's girlfriend got arrested for beating his ass [click here if you missed that]? Turns out it was all a big misunderstanding. Apparently some nosy neighbor who got tired of listening to Gary and his girlfriend have rape-sex called the cops on the noisy couple.

Gary tired to explain the situation when the cops showed up, but they dismissed him for a battered spouse after spying a bloody scratch on his neck, and arrested his girlfriend in front of their Venice Beach house. 

In-Ne-Way, after Gary and his 'ol lady explained the situation to the prosecutor the case was dropped.
