Sue and Willie Coleman want to take Gary's body back to Illinois for a small, private ceremony in Gar's hometown Zion, Illinois.
Gary's ex-wife Shannon planed his funeral in Salt Lake, Utah for this weekend, but the funeral home, the sheriff and the medical examiner have been notified not to release Gary's body until this matter has been settled.
A spokesperson for Gary's parents says,
"The arrangement we're working on now is to get Gary back to his next of kin, which is his parents.”
BTW: Shan was on TMZ begging for help to pay for Gary's funeral.
