Christina Milian says The Dream coerced her into signing away rights to his assets before secretly filing for divorce.
Christina is asking a judge to throw out the divorce papers filed by The Dream, claiming their marriage wasn't over when he filed and that they'd had "marital relations on numerous occasions" since the filing. She also says the grounds for divorce shouldn't reflect Dream's explanation of 'irreconcilable differences' and should instead acknowledge his cheating as the cause their marriages demise.
Chris also want the judge to throw out that pesky little document she signed waiving her rights to any of Dreams assets. Christina says Dream brought the papers to her bedside when she was 9 months pregnant and in no condition to sign such important papers.
