Shit Just Got Real

While we're laughing, Foxy could be facing serious jail time.

When Foxy Brown got arrested yesterday for violating a protection order, the prosecutor asked for a $10,000.00 bail. Luckily for Fox the judge set the bail for half that and she was released. BUT, if Foxy's convicted of the class e felony of criminal contempt for violating the protection order, she could be facing up to 7 years in jail.

Foxy's lawyer says the neighbor Fox is accused of verbally attacking yesterday still has a vendetta against Foxy from when she clocked her in head with a Blackberry in 2007 and says, "This case will exemplify that orders of protection should be used as shields and not as swords."
