Prosecutors want Wesley Snipes in jail, like yesterday.
Since the appeal was denied in his tax case, prosecutors want Wesley Snipes' bail revoked immediately citing, "no good reason to delay his surrender".  His attorney promised to respond to the motion soon.

Wesley Snipes was convicted in 2008 on three misdemeanor counts of willful failure to file his income tax returns. He was sentenced to 3 years in prison.
