Remember a week or so before Faith Evans' new cd 'Something About Faith' came out and she got arrested for DUI [click here and here if you missed that]? Yeah well Faye was facing 6 months in jail after that little run in, but that's all behind her now.
According to reports Faith was able to cut deal with the prosecutor and instead of being charged on 2 counts of DUI, she'll plead “no contest” to the charge of “reckless driving”, serve 36 months on probation, pay a $300 fine and undergo a 3-month alcohol program.
