Tough Times for Jermaine Jackson

He's waaaay behind on child support. He got robbed. Now he's about to be homeless.

Jermaine Jackson's child support struggles are well documented. He recently lost his drivers license after falling $100,000.00 behind, and is currently fighting to have his payments lowered from $3000.00 a month to $215.00 a month.

Then back in September [one week after he went to court to lower his child support order] Jermaine filed a police report claiming a suitcase filled with $150,000.00 worth of jewels and furs was stolen from inside his home.

Now comes word that the house he rents in an exclusive subdivision has gone into foreclosure and Jermaine might not even know it!

From TMZ
TMZ has learned the 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom Calabasas home Jermaine is renting is on the brink of foreclosure ... set to be sold on the steps of the Pomona, CA courthouse on January 21.

The minimum bid, according to Foreclosures.com, is $2,184,233.

It is unclear if Jermaine even knows the owner is about to lose the house. Under California law, he has 60 days from the time of foreclosure to vacate.

Jermaine -- who has lived in the house for a year-and-a-half -- filed a police report in September, claiming someone stole $150,000 in jewelry, furs and clothes from a suitcase in the house.
