They say Dream broke off from long time writing partner Christopher “Tricky” Stewart and signed a production and management deal with Jay Z and Roc Nation.

oooommmmggggg, I was first to post? yippeee...Snitch, it was an honor..and again, way to make a comeback..you left us high and dry for a while there...

I'm gonna go out in a limb and say the reason for the divorce was this because C.Milli didn't want to be a part of the illuminati. And we all know Roc Nation is really the headquarters of the illuminati organization. Weird theory huh?

Christina Milian would fuck a duck to get down with the illuminati - shit she came close she fucked suga bear....

And now we'll find out that Tricky is the real talent behind the hits. Seriously, Dream ain't shit as a solo artist OR songwriter. Let's run down his resume...

-Produced Mariah's last album which flopped on the charts and forced her to finally sit her ass down and have some kids
-Couldn't get Christina Milian's career poppin'
-Tried to bring out Electrik Red and failed
-Wrote all the songs off Ciara's record and now that bish is dropped from her label
-His own albums flop every time out the gate
-Didn't write a single song off Rihanna's last CD

Yes he has hits but he is more of a liability than an asset. Jay should've thought twice about this one.

You mean what has he done lately? It's 2011. This is the music biz not real estate, or a car dealership.

RocNation is bullshyt, they are like a checkcashing place. ROcNation has contracts set in place where everything goes through that shitty record label. Any touring, side deals, marketing, and any and ALL distribution deals. Its ridiculous! no need for management if you are on rocnation because they wont get a cut of the profits because RocNation takes all the money. Even J Cole bounced from that check cashing place record label...theyre some ROBBERS who uses SONY to back them up and even SONY gets a cut, so if youre on UNIVERSAL record label, and u use rocnation to record your album...3 entities will get money...its a shame
Nicki Minaj is in the same boat, shes with universal, young money, cash money, and motown LOL she probably gets $2 per album sold, U hate Taylor Swift but shes smart, she doesnt use record labels to distribute her music, she uses only BIG MACHINE.... and she gets about 8 bucks per album sold

(cont)dont believe me, look at the sales chart and look at the record labels the artists use..only blacks are stupid to do side deals with record labels, how sad...blacks are so fuckin dumb I swear man

@4:25 For every award Dream has, Tricky's name is written right next to it. Look what happened to the Neptunes after Chad and Pharrell stopped working together...ain't heard much from them lately, have you? Could you imagine Jimmy Jam and Terry breaking up? Some people just ain't meant to go solo, Dream has proven that in the short time he's been around. And like 4:31 said, what has he done lately? Put A Ring On It was 2008 and it's three years later. You're only as hot as your last hit.

Humph. *side eye*

@ 4:38 you dont know what you are talking about $2 bucks a record is actually good, some artists get cents for every record sold

I don't like this road map looking face man, but he just signed with the devil. Gay Z is the devil with dyck sucking lips.

$2 per record...so Nicki went platinum, so she only gets $500K out the deal. How much are her videos, her clothing, traveling costs, getting a new weave every damn day, the cost of actually recording the album, etc...

I didn't know he looked like that. Ill.

he looks sufficiently gross. next.

It's me ^ 4:25pm and I said all that only to say that Dream is paid. He made 9.5 million in 2010.

Wow Dream you need to stay where you was at, but I guess everybody and their mommy going over to Roc Nation Why smh.

He must have on a minimizer bra in this pic. He doesn't so full and busty.

^^^^^^ In net probably but cut that down with taxes expenses, studio time etc and its much lower probably around in the 3 to 5 million. Like someone said his ass can't be that smart since he is singing with Jay Z and Jay z is the modernize older version of P diddy. He gets everything while you get nothing.

I see that they are trying to make Rock nations and JAy Z the sellout platform for the black and colored community. Jay Z is going to make you a star as long as you are willing to give uo everything about yourself just like in the movie the Black Swann.

There has only been one artist that has gotten anywhere Close to 8 dollars per album and that was Master P. He was retaining 85% all sales and royalties from the parent label. I think Nelly has a good deal as well. He gets pennies per copy on the first t half a million but he gets 100% of everything after that. That's pretty damn good. He made a fortune on that first bullshit album he put out, my hat goes off to them two cats. That's great business by two black men in the rap music industry....but they don't want everyone knowing this stuff.
