Young Buck In Trouble with the Law

Young Buck got pulled over in Indiana and a car in his caravan pulled off during the traffic stop to evade police and the cops are leaning on Buck to tell them who was driving that car...

From The Tennessean
Already facing bankruptcy and criminal gun charges, multiplatinum Nashville rapper Young Buck is in hot water again after a suspicious traffic stop in Indiana.

Buck, whose real name is David Darnell Brown, was charged in March with being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun and ammunition. He has remained free on a $100,000 bond that allows him to travel for performances.

Buck has since received two speeding tickets in Georgia and Indiana, but did not disclose his contact with law enforcement to the U.S. Probation Office. He claimed that he didn’t realize speeding tickets constituted the type of law enforcement contact he’s required to report, according to court documents.

The Indiana traffic stop involved a second vehicle traveling with Buck that fled and evaded arrest. Federal prosecutors want to know who was driving the car. They are suspicious of Buck’s claim that he “was traveling with people allegedly for purposes of business, but did not know their identities.”

U.S. Magistrate Judge Joe Brown has given Buck until Wednesday to provide information to the U.S. Probation Office and will allow prosecutors to request a hearing if they are not satisfied.
