The drug possession charges against Gary have been dropped in lieu of a payoff new evidence. Gary was alleged to have had OxyContin on him at the time of the crash, but the "hillbilly heroin" seems to have disappeared. Now there's only a drug paraphernalia charge to contend with. Gotta love that celebrity justice.
