Over the weekend the celebrity baby bump watchers added Alicia Keys' name to their lists after she and Swizz Beatz were photographed on the red carpet at Alicia's annual HIV/AIDS benefit with Swizz' hand placed strategically placed over Alicia's belly.

Alicia Keys, who emceed the annual event, said she’s excited to establish holiday traditions with her baby Egypt and husband Swizz Beatz. When asked if they’re planning for baby No. 2, Keys told us, “Not in the next year. I definitely see myself having another child, but not in the next year. I’m going to have to go on tour first.”
