Not long after, embarrassing emails from Shaq's personal account began flooding the Internet [click here if you missed that] and now Shaq is counter suing I T Guy for invasion of privacy claiming he was the person behind the leaks...
Shaq filed his suit in Miami-Dade Civil court yesterday, accusing I T Guy of interception and disclosure of electronic communications, breach of fiduciary duty, invasion of privacy, and fraud.
The lawsuit also claims I T Guy sold Shaq's emails to Internet sites and other individuals, who then made them publicly available.
