Wendy Williams Responds to Criticism of her Interview with T.I.

When Wendy Williams interviewed T.I. on her show last week, it was painfully obvious that Wendy's line of questioning was making T.I. uncomfortable [click here if you missed that]. Not long after the interview Wendy's Facebook and Twitter page blew up with T.I. fans criticizing Wendy for trying to force T.I. to talk about his prison past.

Well, Wendy does an "After the Show" video blog and addressed her critics saying T.I. can't have it both ways...

In her vlog, Wendy reveals that T.I. and Tiny were supposed to film two segments on her show, but left after the first one and she doesn't understand why,

“The reality show starts out with him in prison talking to Tiny at home,” Wendy says. “What part of ‘you are an ex-con’ doesn’t he understand? I get Middle America, I get him trying to change his image but he should have thought about all that three arrests ago.”

“I like T.I., I like his wife Tiny but you can’t have it both ways, sir. You go on The View and other shows and give it up. But what is it, I’m too familiar with you and so you don’t want to really give it up here? You gave my booking department a hard time but you were the one who wanted to get on the show very badly, might I add.”
