Viola Davis picked up a statue for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role, Octavia Spencer won for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role and the entire cast walked away with Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture for their roles in "The Help".
SAG Award winners usually go on to win The Oscar. Not always, but usually.
