Following the bloodbath at the judges table on X-Factor, that saw the firing of Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger, Janet Jackson's name began floating around as a possible replacement. At the height of the rumor frenzy Janet seemed to fan the flames herself, answering coyly when asked about the rumors during a talk show appearance on Anderson Cooper 360 [click here if you missed that]. Welp, forgetaboutit. Janet says it just wouldn't be possible...
Janet tells The Insider she's,
"very flattered that X Factor let me know that I was being considered for next season, but it just wouldn't be possible."
