A few weeks ago Aretha Franklin began telling anyone who'd listen that she would be performing a tribute for Whitney Houston at this years BET Awards.
Well, yesterday news leaked that Cissy Houston had been asked to perform a tribute to her daughter at the BET Awards this year, which might cause a problem considering the rumors Cissy had Aretha banned from performing at Whitney's funeral because of remarks Aretha made about Whitney's upbringing on a television talk show one day before the funeral [click here if you missed that].
We'll just have to see how this one plays out.
