Rapper Flo Rida is in trouble for lying about whether or not he received legal papers regarding his latest lawsuit...
Flo, who was just in the news for dodging legal papers from an Australian concert promoter [click here if you missed that], out and out lied in court about being served by a former employee.
Mahogany Miller is suing Flo Rida for unfair dismissal after getting fired one day after complaining about her hours and overtime pay.
Flo claims Mahogany was never officially his employee and furthermore had never been served with her lawsuit.
After admitting he lied about being served Flo was ordered to pay $7,000 toward Mahogany's legal fees for "premeditated deception."
The case is ongoing.
