Oprah Asks 50 About the Dog

Notorious former rivals 50 Cent and Oprah Winfrey sat down for Oprah's Next Chapter on OWN and Oprah confronted 50 about naming his dog after her...

50 explains,
“At the time I was just looking at the situation and I said I’m developing negative feelings for someone who doesn’t even know me. So I transferred it to the dog.”

I saw the interview and although I think Oprah sold out, I understand where 50 is coming from if you hate rappers so much why you grinning in Jay Z face they are the same person.

As far as him blaming women dancing to misogynist lyrics please they make music for DUDES. I can't tell you how many times I have been to a concert and the dudes is all on the stage and in the front row being bigger groupies than the women. They make that kind of music because that is what the white what them to do, women dance to music if it's good...you see Nelly fell off after Tip Drill which was a bad song on probably his BEST album to date.

Thought Okra didn't interview rappers. Guess with the dwindling numbers over at OWN, she will interview anyone.

I'm very unhappy about the blue velvet sofa.

My issue is...Jay Z and 50 are cut from the same cloth. They both make/made money off the backs of their community b/c as far as I'm concerned-they're musical drug dealers and pimps.

I wish I cared enough to click the video, instead I will just read the comments, majority of the fun on a gossip blog are the funny ass posters and e-beefs.

He's feelings were hurt . When oprah rejected him ....an refuse to do anything with him . Because of his misogynist lyrical content an disrespect towards Black Woman! I love that about Oprah!! You want to disrespect Black women . An then have Oprah turn around . An as a black woman..... praise you and give you shine .... I THINK NOT!!!! Well i guess she wanted to give a brother a chance... for all the charitable work he is doing now ! But we as black woman , have to stop giving black men ... passes for disrespecting us as woman !!!!! An he had the nerve to call his dog Oprah !!! He needed to call his dog ... Lil 50 / Curtis Jackson !!! Huh !

I have never been a 50 fan & this interview didn't change my opinion of him. I'd have had more respect for him if he was honest about naming his dog after her - even a kindergartner knows what that was about.

I think Oprah had convos with Jay to get to know him because he was Beyonce's b-friend/husband. I truly think she wanted to know why somebody like Bey ended up w/ him an through convos she got to know and respect him. I can't recall the Ludacris diss people keep talking about so will have to check utube but unless he can add something to the reason that all other rappers give for using the 'n' word, I don't see any point to Oprah interviewing him now.

didn't watch, ain't gonna watch, not now, not never giving that channel any business.

Rassssstafari!

Hmm? Thought she didnt interview rappers? I wouldn't watch it because she had Ludacris on with the Crash cast and jumped all over him about nigger. He wasn't up ther for his music or saying nigger. I thought she was showing off.

I name all my poop Beyonce.

That way we all know there's no confusion about whether it's a compliment or an insult.

FYI: It's a compliment. Poop's way better than Beyonce.

@6:09PM

She was showing off and pandering to the white audience, they LOVE seeing a black woman put down a black man.

Bitch! That's why her shit is failing and she's digging in the dumpsters for these random interviews. She just had Megan Goode's fiance on there. Catering to the black race when she could give two shits about us when her white suburban upper middle class was her bread and butter. Where are they now Okra? Oh that's right, they're over you. She should've stuck with the people who are more loyal, blacks. But her ass was blinded by the coin and turned on us.

Actually, the Kardashians are next. Yes, she went there.

Will the powers that be please pull the plug now?

@2:50 I don't remember it fully, but I think she tried to throw shade when he was on as part of the "Crash" cast. She basically dismissed him because he was a rapper.

Not watching....Oprah is coming back to her own to save her YT washed @$$!

Anonymous said...

Lol, that's why I missed Tupac. Tupac would've stared the bitch straight to her face and told her the 100% shit!

Anonymous said...

WELL WHY IS SHE LICKING j-zay's ass, he does tha same thing, he's always talked shit about hoes...

Anonymous said...

He has fallen off because he wouldnt go on her show years ago after dissing him

She has fallen off if the above is true and she is interviewing the Kardashians.

Tupac HOPEFULLY would grow up from the thug life like Chris Bridges and Shawn Carter did and tell Oprah respectfully why hip hop is circling the drain, not rehash old Tipper Gore beefs.
