Andre 3000 is in Dublin Ireland shooting a bio-pic about rock star Jimi Hendrix, too bad there won't be any Hendrix music in the film...
Back in May when news spread that 3 Stacks was doing a movie about the life of Jimi Hendrix, the Hendrix Estate made it clear they were not involved, did not approve and would not allow any of Jimi Hendrix music to be used in the production [click here if you missed that], so Andre and them had to improvise.
The film, All Is By My Side, will feature Andre 3000 as Jimi Hendrix covering songs by The Beatles, Muddy Waters and Chip Taylor.
All Is By My Side is expected in theaters in 2013.
