BuJu Banton, who was convicted on conspiracy to traffic drugs and gun charges in Florida last February [click here if you missed that], has been denied a new trail and is facing even more jail time...
Buju filed to appeal his case on the grounds that he had not been given a speedy trial and after shooting down his request, the Federal appeals court reinstated a previous gun charge, possibly adding five more years to BuJu's ten year prison sentence.
A sentencing date for the gun charge has not been set.
