Katherine Jackson Kinda Sorta Was Kidnapped

Last week when Jackson family matriarch Katherine Jackson reappeared after her magical mystery 10 day tour at a spa in Arizona, she appeared on ABC News and read a prepared statement insisting she had not been held against her will [click here if you missed that].

While she may not have been kept against her will, according to documents submitted by Katherine's lawyers to regain guardianship over Michael Jackson's children, there was definitely some fuckery in the game...

In court papers released on Thursday Katherine Jackson explains how she was planning a cross country RV trip to follow her sons on the Unity Tour when an unnamed doctor ordered her to take a plane trip instead. The documents state Katherine had no idea where she was going and that upon arrival at a spa in Arizona her iPad and telephone were taken away and she was checked into a room with a broken television.

The documents go on to explain how Katherine was never told her grandson TJ or Michael Jackson's children had been trying to reach her and that she only found out she had been reported missing after she heard it on the broken television in her room, which had sound but no picture.

The gag is that the documents never once mention Janet, Randy, Rebbie or the name of the doctor who ordered her to rest and explains the mix-up by simply stating,
"While I was away, I had no reason to question whether the people with whom I placed trust would inform me that Prince, Paris and Blanket were trying to reach me."
After the hearing Katherine Jackson was re-instated as co-guardian of Michael Jackson's children along with her grandson TJ.
