OJ Simpson Fighting Conflict of Interest

OJ Simpson is desperately trying to get a change in venue for the appeal of his 2008 armed robbery conviction [click here if you missed that] because OJ believes the entire Clark County District Attorney's Office is out to get him...

OJ petitioned the Nevada Supreme Court to have his appeal moved from Clark County on the grounds that the current Clark County District Attorney is married to the judge who convicted him of robbing a sports memorabilia broker and sentenced him to 33 years in prison.

The Nevada Supreme Court struck down OJ's motion and if he wants to have his appeal heard, he'll have to do it in Clark County.

OJ was sentenced to 33 years in prison 13 years to the day after he was acquitted of murdering his wife Nicole Brown Simpson.
