Last week Katt Williams pulled a gun on Faizon Love [click here if you missed that] and Faizon says it's because Katt owes him $50,000.
The debt stems from Faizon leaving their joint comedy tour because of Katt's erratic behavior, which Faizon insists was caused by Katt having a hard time following Faizon on stage and aggravated by Katt's crack use.
Faizon says Katt continued to use his name to advertise the show even after he'd left the tour and that's why Katt owes him the money.
