Sherman Hemsley Still Not Buried

It's been three months since actor Sherman Hemsley died and disputes over his will are keeping the actor from being buried...

Sherman Hemsley died at home on July 24 and left everything to his live-in manager, Flora Enchinton.

Shortly after Sherman's death a long lost brother came forward to dispute the validity of the will. The burial was held up while a DNA was ordered.

Now a third party has come forward claiming to be the actor's cousins.

Rev. Michael George Wells, who says his mother was like a sister to Sherman, claims manager Flora Enchinton had been in contact with his family before the actor's death and never mentioned Sherman was dying of cancer.

Rev. Wells says,
“We are family, and we are not looking for money. But if we are entitled to something, we don’t want anyone else to have it."
The funeral home in El, Paso TX when Sherman Hemsely is being kept confirms they are waiting for orders from the court on what to do with the body.
