Last November actor Gary Dourdan was arrested for domestic violence after breaking his ex-girlfriend's nose and leaving her cowering in an alley [click here if you missed that].
Gary took a plea deal to avoid getting locked up...
Instead of jail time Gary has been placed on 5 years probation and must complete a full year of domestic violence and drug counseling.
Gary has also been ordered to stay away from the victim for five years.
