Sheldon Stephens, who recanted his accusations until several other young men came forward, held a press confrence to announce he was re-filing his lawsuit and claims Kevin smoked crystal meth and gave him poppers to coerce him into sex acts.
Sheldon is accusing Kevin of sexual battery for childhood sexual abuse; travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct; and coercion and enticement to sexual activity.
He is seeking unspecified damages and legal fees.
