Kordell Planning to Leave Porsha with Nothing

When Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kordell Stewart filed for divorce from his wife Porsha he stipulated she should leave the marriage with nothing...

In the divorce papers filed in Fulton County Kordell says there are NO martial assets to be divided and that Porsha is an able-bodied person earning income and is capable of supporting herself.

In other words he wants her to move out of his house and he doesn't want to pay spousal support.

Kordell and Porsha were married in 2011 and have no children together.

Porsha, who famously declared she didn't believe in pre-nuptial agreements in a discussion on Real Housewives of Atlanta, has retained Randall Kessler the same attorney who represented Pamela Y. Smith in her ill-fated paternity suit against Michael Jordan [click here if you missed that].
