The Palm Beach County Sheriff's office have officially named Steve's bodyguard a suspect and plan to charge him with felony vandalism...

A spokesman for the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said the suspect is Michael Valliere, 37, of Paramount, Calif. The muscle-bound Valliere has been a part of Harvey’s extensive stable of security guards for several year.
Deputies have completed their investigation and sent the file to the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s office with the recommendation that Valliere be charged with felony vandalism.
Prosecutors now have to determine whether to charge Valliere with a crime officially and issue a warrant for his arrest.
