Kevin Clash was forced to step down from his role as the voice of Elmo on Sesame Street after five young men came forward accusing Kevin of sexual misconduct when they were underage [click here if you missed that].
Now Kevin only has to fight four of them.
According to TMZ one of the accusers has decided to drop his case and focus on his career.
The lawyer for the unnamed accuser says there has been no settlement and his client stands by his story.
The case can be re-filed at any time but the lawyer says that is unlikely
