According to TMZ Chicago rapper Marvo claims he and a producer named Kajun came up with the concept for Sex Room in 2009 then Kajun went behind his back and sold it to Ludacris a year later.
Marvo claims most of his original composition remains intact on Ludacris' track and Marvo wants to be compensated.
Marvo is suing Ludacris and Trey Songz for unspecified damages.
