Last week Will.I.AM filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against fellow artist Pharrell Williams over Pharrell's 'I Am Other' brand claiming it was too similar to his "I AM" brand [click here if you missed that].
Pharrell fires back with a lawsuit of his own...
According to reports Pharrell has filed legal docs asking a judge to declare that his trademark for "I Am Other" does not infringe on Will.I.Am's "I Am" trademark.
Will.I.AM has owned the trademark for "I AM" since 2001.
