Miguel arrested in L.A. for driving under the influence...
According to TMZ Miguel was pulled over for speeding and tinted windows around 2am Thursday morning when officers detected the smell of alcohol.
Miguel was ordered to take a series of sobriety tests, which he failed, and blew .10 and .11 on his breathalyzer, well over the .08 limit.
Miguel was booked and released on $5,000 bail and is scheduled for his first hearing in September.

Although I'm not a Miguel fan, I can kind of see what he is saying. We can be harder on each other than other races. We bash each other pretty harsh, but white america can talk about us and we let that mess go as if they have said nothing against us.
