Tameka Raymond GMA Interview Part II

Earlier this week Usher Raymond's ex-wife Tameka sat down for an interview with Good Morning America to tell her side of the story regarding the emergency hearing for custody she filed in the wake of her son, Usher V's, near drowning while in her ex-husband's care [click here if you missed that].

In the second part of the interview Tameka goes into greater detail about her disputed mental diagnosis and the common misconception that she's after Usher's money...

In the first part of the interview Tameka admitted she had been diagnosed with a moderately severe mental disorder, but insisted she was going to be re-tested.

In the second part of the interview Tameka explains the diagnosis telling GMA's Dan Abrams,
"I had narcissistic personality traits. That’s what actually the diagnosis was. They ask you a series of questions, like, ‘When you’re walking down the street, do you feel like people are looking?’ My answer is yes, but that was based off of when I’m walking down the street, people do point and say, ‘Oh, that’s Usher’s ex-wife.’ I think we all have a little narcissistic personality disorder, especially those of us in the limelight,. But I don’t think it’s something that affects your parenting."
As for her motives for custody being financial Tameka finds it laughable explaining,
"Not to, like, gloat or anything, but I come from a very well-earned career. I’ve made lots and lots of money. And $8,000 a month is not a lot of money to me. I’m grateful for it, but for someone to think I don’t love my kids and this is about $8,000, they are really crazy. That’s really ludicrous."
