Though Soulja wasn't driving at the time, he just got hit with a lawsuit stemming from the incident...
Soulja Boy's right hand man Arab was busted for the hit and run back in May after a friend of the victim launched an investigation that lead to his arrest [click here if you missed that].
According to TMZ California law makes Soulja Boy responsible for accident as the owner of the car and the victim just filed a big bucks lawsuit.
