Over the weekend Love and Hip Hop New York fans spotted Joe Budden and Tahiry in Times Square in the middle of what appeared to be an elaborate marriage proposal [click here if you missed that].
So did Tahiry say yes...?
Nope!
Sources tell The YBF Joe did indeed propose to his on-again off-again girlfriend Tahiry but she turned him down flat.
Of course LHHNY cameras were rolling so you'll get to witness Joe getting owned for yourself.
