Back in July DMX filed for bankruptcy claiming he owed over $1 million in back child support [click here if you missed that].
While the bankruptcy case was eventually thrown out DMX has managed to catch up on his child support...
According to TMZ DMX settled his back child support case with baby mama Patricia Trejo for an undisclosed amount.
After taking care of the debt DMX promptly re-applied for his passport, which had been denied because of the back child support, and went on tour in Europe.
