B. Scott Loses Lawsuit Against BET

Last August Internet personality B. Scott sued BET for forcing him to take off his make-up and remove his high heel shoes just moments before hosting a segment for the BET Awards pre-show [click here if you missed that].

B Scott's suit has been dismissed…

The judged in the case ruled in BET's favor on the grounds of their 1st Amendment right to run their show as they see fit.

B. Scott tells TMZ,
"It disheartens me that the message sent today wasn't a message of acceptance, but rather it's acceptable to discriminate against transgender individuals on the basis of their gender identity and expression."
B. Scott plans to appeal the ruling.
