According to Page Six a Manhattan family court Magistrate angrily denied Pras offer to phone in his testimony from a coffee shop in Bogota telling his attorneys, "It's not acceptable to call in from a cafe in Columbia. This is not a free-for-all!"
Pras was expected in court on Thursday for a hearing to have the child support order for his three year old son raised from $3000 a month to $7000.
Earlier in the week Pras Tweeted pictures of himself on a private jet to Brazil.
Pras is expected back in court next month.
